Rik Jundi – documentary wedding photographer
Hi, I’m Rik, a reportage-style wedding photographer based in Manchester, with many years of experience.
I create stunningly beautiful photographs taking a photojournalistic approach. Your album will be based on observation, anticipation and spontaneity; producing a narrative story of your wedding by capturing candid, real moments rather than set up poses. I work with available light, whether it be natural or artificial, and in a discreet unobtrusive style that allows me to capture the authenticity of the moment without the need to invade it.
My objective is simple – to preserve the heart and soul of your special day in a way that you can look back on in years to come and feel that joyful nostalgic spark. Your wedding photographs are priceless and unrepeatable, and the only part of your wedding budget that will last a lifetime.
A little about me – I’m well travelled, and have photographed all over the world, earning myself an incredible street photography portfolio. Having hung up my Leica from my days of film, you’ll now find me living in a leafy suburb with my wife Jacqui, teenage daughter Cora and two fluffy cats Figaro and Fosbury. When not expanding my collection of hats, I enjoy heading out to the hills and beyond in our classic camper van.
If you’d like to know a little more about my style, why not have a look at my wedding and portrait portfolios? To discuss my work and what I can do for you in more detail, please feel free to contact me and tell me a little about you and your plans.
